If you are experiencing any of these hypertension symptoms or have a high blood pressure reading, go see a doctor! I am all for natural remedies BUT when it comes to hypertension it is best to see a doctor first.

If your blood pressure reading is not real high, they are probably going to try diet and exercise first anyway. If you have to go directly on to medication as I did...then go ahead and take the medication and start utilizing natural remedies too ( with your doctor's approval !) to get it back under control.
